Join a Group (FIT Charter)

Looking to get out on the water but don’t need a full private boat?

Our Join a Group Snorkel Cruise is designed for travelers who want the Tradewind Charters experience at a per-person rate.

Departing from Honolulu’s south shore, just minutes from Waikiki, you’ll join other guests on an afternoon ride along the coastline before mooring at one of our favorite snorkel spots with clear water and abundant marine life.

Relax on deck as we cruise toward Diamond Head, then slip into the water to look for Hawaiian green sea turtles, reef fish, and other local marine life. Your captain and crew will provide basic snorkeling instruction and are close by to assist anyone who needs help. The vibe is friendly and relaxed, ideal for solo travelers, couples, friends, and small families who enjoy meeting fellow ocean lovers.

For safety reasons, this trip is best suited for comfortable swimmers. Guests should be able to swim independently in open water to fully enjoy the snorkeling experience.

Please note: If your group is larger than 5 guests, you’ll get a better experience and better value by booking one of our private charters instead.

What is included

Cruise aboard our fully equipped vessel, Aloha Kai, with plenty of comfortable seating, shade and sundeck, on-board restrooms, quality snorkeling equipment, handicap accessible boarding, and a bar with drinks and snacks available for purchase.

What to Bring

Swimwear, reef-safe sunscreen, and towels. You’re welcome to bring light snacks or non-alcoholic beverages to enjoy onboard.
