GENERAL INFORMATION & AGREEMENT

RESERVATIONS & PAYMENTS - 50% deposit required for reservations. 
Bookings are made in the order they are received.  If the date, time, vessel/
location is not available, we will contact you to try alternatives.  Full payment
of balance due must be received by Tradewind Charters & Weddings, prior 
to ceremony/cruise.  If booking is made with less than 10 days notice to 
reserved time, full payment must be received within 72 hours of booking.

PAYMENTS may be made in cash; money order; travel agency, cashiers, 
certified and travelers checks; or Visa, Mastercard, American Express, 
Discover and JCB credit cards.  Please no personal checks within 15 
days of wedding date.  Payment should be made in US funds if at all 
possible.  If not, currency exchange adjustments will be made upon arrival.

CANCELLATIONS - Cancellations may be made without penalty up to 60 
days prior to ceremony/cruise.  Cancellations made with less than 60 days 
will forfeit 50% of their deposit.  Cancellations made within 15 days of 
reserved time will forfeit full deposit.  Cancellations made within 3 days 
of reserved time will forfeit full payment.

RATES - Rates effective as of January 1, 2002 and are subject to change 
without notice.  All rates are subject to 4.17% state excise tax & 2% harbor 
tax.  A gratuity for your limousine driver, Captain & Crew is not included in 
the rates.  Please reward them for good service.

Tradewind Charters & Weddings shall not be held liable for noncompliance 
caused by Acts of God, weather, failure of transportation; vessels, limousines, 
etc., equipment or by similar nature beyond reasonable control.  Tradewind 
Charters & Weddings reserves the right to use negatives and/or reproductions 
for display, publication, or other purposes.  Signatures below shall also serve as
permission for all credit card orders and be considered authorization for use of 
credit card with Tradewind Charters & Weddings.
